Introduction
TLT are looking for an Interim ERP Project Manager who will support our business in executing the implementation of a new ERP System while ensuring stakeholder needs are met. This role will be responsible for owning the project from end to end. You will have a proven track record in Project Managing ERP projects, a strong technical understanding of ERP systems. You will have experience managing complex digital projects through to delivery, whilst having the ability to train others on project documentation and processes. You will be highly distinguished in your communication, possessing the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly and concisely at board level.
The role will require some office attendance will be required so easily commutable distance to Bristol is essential. Experience in Legal Services would be beneficial.
This will be working on a day rate basis via Umbrella company although there are opportunities for this role to lead more permanent opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the project team, consultants, and business users. Ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- System Implementation: Oversee the installation, configuration, data migration and testing of the ERP system. Ensure that the system meets the organisation's requirements and is integrated with existing systems.
- Training and Support: Oversee the training programs for end-users. Ensure ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure that the system is used effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) may be preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing ERP projects, preferably with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies is also important.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
