Industrial Refrigeration Project Manager Opportunity based in Melbourne Your new company My client is one of the largest Industrial Refrigeration Companies in Australia. They provide complete industrial refrigeration solutions including design, construction and comprehensive servicing for a wide range of sectors including meat, dairy, pharmaceutical, cold storage and logistics etc. Your new role As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating refrigeration projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation and preparation of recommendation reports and presentations
Budget Management: Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to define scope and ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
Team Leadership: Manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience as a project manager in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
Relevant Tertiary qualification
Problem-solving is essential - having the ability to address challenges and find effective solutions.
Understanding of Industrial refrigeration systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience leading project teams.
