The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.

**Experience:**
* Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management (Experience within Logistics is desirable)
* Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Highly motivated and results-oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
