About the roleYork College and City of York Local Authority are launching our first DFN Project SEARCH Supported Internship programme, in partnership with AVIVA.This is a one-year transition to employment internship programme for young people with learning disabilities, difficulties and/or autism.
The student Interns will be based at AVIVA in York, supported by a team that includes a tutor coordinator, job coach and workplace managers, with the aim of obtaining employment at the end of the year.
We are looking to recruit a Tutor/Coordinator for this new programme.
As tutor you will lead on the delivery of an employability curriculum, identifying each student Interns’ strengths, interests, and abilities related to skill acquisition, job development and employment.
The tutor/coordinator will provide support and guidance to student interns, their business co-workers and families, to ensure the interns’ success during their work placements and to seek out job opportunities both within and outside the host employer so interns make a successful transition into paid employment.
About the PersonThe successful candidate should have knowledge and understanding of autism and learning disabilities and previous experience of supporting young people or adults with autism and/or learning disabilities. We are particularly interested in people with Training in Systematic Instruction and job coaching experience or knowledge of the supported employment model however this is not essential if you have the right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn as we provide a wealth of training and personal development opportunities.

This position is responsible for overseeing the system and design solutions of Ariba, along with its integration into SAP S/4 HANA. As system solution owner, the role is crucial to help the organization’s operational efficiency and effectiveness, in addition to supporting the implementation of Ariba enhancements and change requests. The role requires a strong understanding of both business process flow and in-depth technical domain knowledge. Effective communication skills are essential in managing relationship with stakeholders and vendors successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide core system administration and technical assistance for Ariba on-demand systems including Procure-to-Pay, Source to Contract and Supplier Management, along with their integration into the SAP ERP System

• Responsible for the configuration of approval workflow, maintenance of approval rule files, mapping between Ariba objects and SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) through SAP CIG integration and logging and monitoring of any defects

• Provide support for the integration platform and API

• Facilitate testing and implementation of fixes

Position Summary

For over 30 years PRO-DAIRY has linked New York’s dairy farmers and agribusiness professionals to critical research and resources, giving them the information they need to build and manage robust businesses. PRO-DAIRY’s contributions to educational programming and applied research have helped New York farmers continue to lead in milk production and remain among the top dairy states. According to national agriculture statistics, New York has been a national leader in dairy growth for the past 10 years. Through its research, discussion groups, educational programs, financial analysis, websites, publications and personal contacts, the Cornell University based program reaches thousands of dairy professionals annually.

This position will provide direct operational leadership and support for the Dairy Profit Monitor (DPM) Program, involving monthly analysis for dairy farms and the continued development and use of educational materials in support of the program. Also provide administrative support for the Dairy Farm Business Summary, the longest on-going applied research project within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Serve as a liaison between and provide coordination among Dairy Management faculty, PRO-DAIRY staff, and industry professionals on developing and carrying out the programs designed to support the DPM Program. Work with PRO-DAIRY Farm Management staff in coordinating the discussion group program, utilizing the Dairy Farm Business Summary, Activity Analysis Projects, and other tools used within the groups. This support requires the incumbent to work directly with dairy producers throughout the state and their advisors. Collaboration in development and delivery of educational programs will be required with other members of the PRO-DAIRY statewide and area teams and faculty related to farm management and dairy production.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) and will be located in Ithaca, New York.

Extensive travel (approximately 20-40% of time depending on time of year) will be required throughout New York State with overnight stays.

This is a one-year appointment with possible extension depending on funding and performance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in dairy management or business with an agricultural background and 2+ years of experience in dairy management, farm business management or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience

• The primary objective of this role is to lead and support Citi’s Continuity of Business (CoB) program across all business lines and functions within the countries and ensure invocation readiness. Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining item forecasts through statistical modeling, as well as enhancing the demand plan with market, promotion and distribution intelligence gathered from cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. The Senior Demand Planning Analyst will facilitate and actively participate in the monthly IBP consensus forecasting, and Step 2 meetings, gather, and document assumptions, signal demand for production planning, communicate key changes and plan drivers across the org., and assist in executing the demand plan. This analyst is equally comfortable in systems and data, forecast modeling, and steering and influencing the consensus building process.

What You Can Expect

• Facilitates and actively participates within the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand consensus meetings, incorporating input from Sales and Marketing. Highlight plan changes, document assumptions and risks/opportunities to plan.

• Prepares and presents Demand Planning key performance indicators during IBP Consensus meetings with commercial regional, Brand and Senior Leadership.

• Participates in cross functional IBP alignment meetings with key business partners and effectively communicates information to help influence the consensus forecast by telling a story with data, trends, and analysis.

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Analyse des principaux drivers & paramètres à prendre en compte dans les études de sensibilité;

• Etablissement des scénarios d'évolution des cadences de production pour la famille A320;

• Développement d'une grille d'analyse / de sensibilité concernant les impacts en terme de durabilité (ex: CO2) et de performance financière,

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'ingénierie ou de l'analyse business pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Digital Solutions for Business Analytics

• Systèmes Industriels et/ou Global Supply Chain

• Envie d'apprendre / Curiosité

• Esprit Analytique & Synthétique développé

• Capacité à interagir avec de nombreux métiers et dans un environnement multi-culturel

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Négociation / courant;
Français : Négociation / courant;

Allemand : Est un plus apprécié.

An apprenticeship offer entitled « Apprentice in Production Rate Program Management for the A320 Family (f/m) » has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.

You will join a team of 7 people within the « BSMI - Integrated Programme Planning A320 Family » department responsible for integrated program planning for the A320 family.

This apprenticeship will involve production rate planning for the A320 family, analysis of key parameters, and the development of an analysis grid to assess sustainability and financial performance impacts.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 1 to 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Analysis of key drivers & parameters to consider in sensitivity studies;

• Establishment of production rate evolution scenarios for the A320 family;

• Development of an analysis/sensitivity grid concerning impacts in terms of sustainability (e.g., CO2) and financial performance.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC +5 level training program in the field of Engineering or Business Analysis for an apprenticeship duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Digital Solutions for Business Analytics;

• Industrial Systems and/or Global Supply Chain;

• Desire to learn / Curiosity;

• Analytical & Synthetic Thinking;

• Ability to interact with various professions and in a multicultural environment.

Language Skills:

English: Negotiation / fluent;

French: Negotiation / fluent;

German: A plus appreciated.

You may be required to travel (Europe) depending on the offers available.
