What You Will Do

• Perform SAP transactions in sourcing and swapping of parts for module build and repair.
• Collecting parts from Warehouse and issuing them to final inspection.
• Kit and move them over to Module Assembly based on build schedules.
• Comply with all department/cell standard work procedures and airworthiness requirements.
• Comply with quality requirements and ensure accountability throughout the process.
• Monitor engine shortages and coordinating with the respective areas for materials ETA date.
• Carry out any other job duties assigned, such as lifting, participate in EH&S program and PIV operations.
• Selected candidates will undergo both PIV and lifting training conducted by OEM and in-house trainers.
• Lead and assign jobs to planning assistant team on engine priorities.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Minimum NITEC in any disciplines.
• 2 years of relevant experience in production planning and supply chain operations.
• Comfortable with hands-on work to interact with engine technicians and support the planning and collection of parts in the warehouse.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Relevant experience in Engine MRO, Manufacturing, or Aerospace industry is a plus.

This is a full time role for a Business Development Manager located in Alps Ave. Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies to drive company growth by attracting new business, with a strong focus on local and Intra-Asia markets. Job Responsibilities:

• Project costing and end to end execution of solar projects.
• Conduct site visits, site feasibility, design and install solar power system.
• Manage from pre-to-post-construction, site acceptance test and handover of solar power system to customer.
• Contact point between the company and customer during construction stage.
• Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical and related site information for use in the design of commercial and industrial solar power system.
• Design the layout of solar panels and various support electrical equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering discipline (electrical/renewable engineering is preferred).
• Good technical understanding about solar PV system.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in solar & ESS field is preferred.
• Projet management experience in engineering and construction is a must.
• Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVSyst, Helioscope) and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and resolution skills.

Responsible for driving and growing Aerostructures aftermarket sales in spares, major components & MRO business for assigned regions & customers. Duties include:

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and drive sales strategies and campaigns to grow Aerostructures aftermarket sales of major components, spares & MRO business
• Advance and secure long-term agreements & contracts
• Market and push major component sales
• Cultivate and capture MRO sales
• Influence and shape airlines’ provisioning decisions for piece parts
• Drive initiatives pertaining to modification/upgrades/retrofits
• Leverage surplus trading to grow incremental revenue
• Craft & deliver presentations and lead sales negotiations with customers
• Organize and participate in marketing events and activities

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop close customer intimacy and manage assigned accounts/regions
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with key customers/contacts
• Interface with customer contacts at all levels and ensure excellent customer experience and service

Business & Market Acumen

• Analyze and understand market trends to identify sales opportunities & leads

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of aerospace industry experience (Business Development, Sales or Customer Support roles).
• Possess extensive industry contacts as well as a successful sales track record in Asia Pacific region
• Experience in Oceania region will be advantageous
• Display good business acumen, strategic agility and leadership qualities
• Communication skills – both written and verbal – are vital perquisites
• Fluency in Asian languages other than English is advantageous
• Prior knowledge of nacelles and composite structures is a plus
