• Must be able to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and project team member in project execution of all progress tasks.
• Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications.
• Update projects progress regularly to Project Manager.
• Other related works as per instruction of Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma in Electronic & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field.
• Familiar with ELV Services which inclusive Access Control, CCTV, Security Alarm, Public Address as well as Building Automation System (BAS).
• Additional knowledge on Structured Copper and Fiber Optic Cabling would be an advantage.
• Applicants must be able to work independently, strong communication and good leadership skills.
• Applicants must be computer literate.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the construction team, including managing schedules, coordinating meeting, and handling correspondence
• Maintain and organize construction project documentation, including contracts, permits, reports, and other project-related documentations. 
• Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting minutes and other documentations as required. 
• Coordinate communication between the construction team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 
• Support the procurement process by assisting with the preparation of purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory records. 
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and project activities are on schedule. 
• Handle general office duties, inclufing filing, data entry and managing office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations in all administrative activities.
• Provide supporting in organizing and coordinating site visits, inspections and meetings. 
• Assist in managing budgets and financial records related to construction budgets. 
• Any other tasks as and when required by superior and management

Job Requirements :

• At least 2 years of working relevant experience in related field / preferably in construction or related industry. 
• Knowledge in construction terminology and processes is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and mulitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
