- Hone your organisational and communication skills, as you provide vital financial planning technical support for the Financial Planning Centre
- Joining us in Asset Management, you’ll deliver technical administration and calculations for the accumulation, maintenance and de-accumulation of all financial planning products

- The successful candidate would be required to be in the Bristol office at least once a week
- We are looking to pay in the region of £39,000 - £42,000 plus benefits
What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be providing financial planning technical support to the Financial Planning Centre team and the advisors and assistants for all new and existing business transactions and queries, including calculations and project work. Your work will be critical in allowing us to deliver an exceptional service to our customers, as you make sure all aspects of the administration processes are delivered in accordance with agreed procedures and controls.
You’ll also be:
- Interpreting chargeable event calculations, suitability letters, client profiles and service selection forms to make sure that all new business processing is in-line with the client requirements
- Undertaking checking and oversight that the team have completed all necessary administration
- Providing training and upskilling any of the team members as and when required
- Making sure we comply with our regulatory obligations in relation to any complaints
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need broad general knowledge of the financial services environment and related products. We’ll also expect you to be qualified to QCF level 4 and you’ll hold a CISI Investment Advice Diploma, a CII Diploma, or an Investment Management Certificate or equivalent.
You’ll also need:
- Experience in dealing with client requirements in relation to chargeable event calculations
- The ability to identify scenarios where further clarity is required from an adviser or assistant
- The ability to articulate when dealing with clients by telephone and other communication mediums
