Up to £28,000 per annum + profit related bonus

As a Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our customers and our field-based technicians. You will be the go-to person for all scheduling and planning needs, so strong communication skills are a must. You will be working in a fast-paced and varied environment, where no two days are the same. You will constantly be juggling different tasks and priorities, making this an exciting and dynamic role.
Your main responsibilities will include processing sales orders, booking in technicians, and scheduling work. You will be the key point person for problem solving and liaising between the sales team and field technicians. As the first point of contact for customers, you will also be responsible for answering phones and responding to any inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and able to work independently. You should also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes in the schedule are also crucial in this role.
