A conduit for regional radiology research teams across the other relevant teams supporting the project including, but not limited to Sponsor, finance, Grants & Contracts team, R&D and other support departments. Maintenance of research activity databases and assistance with the development of milestone/annual reports to the relevant funding bodies. As the team Program Manager, experience needed is as follows:

• Experience managing the cost, schedule, technical, and quality execution of the full lifecycle of a technical program, directing multiple independent and overlapping engineering teams supporting software and systems development and operations.

General LCAT duties and requirements:

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of the team of HR business partners supporting specific business groups to develop and implement human resource programmes and services that are critical towards achieving the organisation's vision, mission and strategic thrusts. This position requires you to understand business needs and partner with the different group management staff to lead the overall HR strategy and provide strategic advisory services and solutions to support the business. Working together with the senior line management staff, you will implement HR initiatives and best practices that align with the business strategy; engaging them in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation, rewards and talent management and development. In addition, you may be assigned to other Centre of Excellence portfolio such as review of code of conduct matters including handling disciplinary cases as well as partnership with Union on management of industrial-relations matters.
