The Role
Reporting into HQ Strategic Finance, this role is based in Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal part in this Business Analyst, championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. This is a unique, exciting opportunity to influence key decision makers and make a positive difference to Love, Bonito.
Main Responsibilities
- Help define performance metrics, targets and ensure alignment across the company
- Design, build and maintain user-friendly dashboards for tracking OKRs
- Conduct performance reviews (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly) within the Strategic Finance team to evaluate business health,and ensure aligned and effective sharing of on-going business recommendations from the Strategic Finance team to management and business stakeholders
- Deep-dive to analyse large data sets (structured and unstructured), interpret patterns, highlight business opportunities areas of weaknesses
- Manage analytics projects from ideation to delivery involving multiple stakeholders
- Be a data-champion for the Strategic Finance team, ensure alignment with Data team on metrics definitions and Data source of truth – responsible for data education and data foundation within the Strategic Finance team
Requirements & Experiences :
- Open to fresh graduates with internship experience, up to maximum 3-years of experience.
- BA/BS or Master's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related study and 1-2 years commercial experience preferably in the consumer industry.
- Data Analytics :
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau and Metabase
- Experience with website tracking is a plus
