Business Development and Operations Director
Key Role:
Serve as an executive in our North Charleston office with responsibility for running and growing the Government business including local efforts in support of the Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard. Serve as a business catalyst, driving transformational initiatives by aligning solutions with business needs, creating innovative approaches to address client requirements, and building collaborative internal and external relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. Oversee, with ultimate contractual accountability, the delivery of next-generation technologies and information warfare capabilities. Formulate and execute business strategies and multi-year strategic plans. Lead and oversee financial and administrative activities, including forecasting, estimating, and analysis for large and complex programs, organizations, or proposals.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience with contract and project management in a technical environment, including schedule management, risk management, scope management, performance management, financial management, and staff planning
- Experience with the full lifecycle of business development
- Experience with Working Capital Fund (WCF) business operations
- Experience with leading and managing large teams and building a cohesive, engaging culture
- Ability to formulate and execute a business strategy
- Ability to network across a large organization to develop market strategies and to form successful technical teams for delivery of comprehensive services and solutions
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills
- Possession of established local senior-level client relationships
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- PMP, CISSP, or INCOSE CSEP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
