The Role
As the Global Project Capability Director, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategy to roll out the GMPF framework to provide maximum value.
Day to day, you'll focus on maximising how our projects and programmes tailor and use governance & the project management capabilities to enable delivery.
- Accountable for the global governance framework
- Define and deliver the functional assurance strategy
- Responsible for the implementation strategy
- Develop and execute the strategy for long term governance initiatives
This role is full time with a hybrid working arrangement
Essential experience of the Global Project Capability Director
- Experience in leading programmes in complex delivery environments
- Experience in leading teams through change
- Experience in working and applying project lifecycle management
Qualifications for the Global Project Capability Director
- Degree qualified
- Formal PM qualifications desirable
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
