Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, people-process-technology-oriented leader to own our Dynamics Center of Excellence (DCOE) and lead our DCOE solution, services, and team. As the DCOE Director, you will be responsible for aligning, planning, designing, operating, expanding, evolving, maintaining, and supporting our DCOE. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in delivering solutions aligned to and in support of our enterprise objectives and future successes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all aspects of the DCOE from budget to intake to delivery to support and maintenance
- Establish and maintain a governance model for all things DCOE-related
- Align and execute DCOE strategies and tactics to achieve enterprise business objectives
- Manage and own DCOE outcomes, deliverables, processes, technologies, data, etc.
- Lead and coordinate DCOE teams, teammates, projects, etc.
- Proactively participate in ‘front-end’ planning and design sessions with business customers, IT architects, strategists, and leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current and future business needs, identify opportunities for DCOE to help meet those needs, etc.
- Assess current business processes and technologies (e.g., both non-DCOE and DCOE-related) and make recommendations for improvement, standardization, optimization, etc.
- Identify opportunities for expanded utilization and value of the Dynamics and Power Platforms
- Develop DCOE product roadmaps to illustrate current and future outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate change, gather feedback, and ensure successful adoption of DCOE products and services
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Dynamics and the Power Platform
- Proficiency in process mapping, business process analysis, and process optimization techniques
- Experience with configuring and customizing Dynamics and Power Platform solutions to align with business requirements
- Knowledge of data integration methods and tools
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product/project management skills
- Familiarity with change management principles
- Relevant certifications (such as Dynamics, Power Platform, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.) are a plus
