ServiceNow Program and Project Manager

That’s why we need you, a seasoned program and project manager who can ensure our ServiceNow program achieves success.
As a lead program and project manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding complex ServiceNow projects. Your client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in ServiceNow Program and Project Management, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact our Federal Government clients while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. You manage complex technical ServiceNow programs. You oversee teams-of-teams, coordinate with vendors and teammates, manage budget and risk, track contractual commitments, and partner with clients, to ensure the successful delivery of large software systems and solutions.

You Have:
10+ years of experience managing IT initiatives, including personnel of different skillsets, backgrounds, locations, and maturity
3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
Experience with software development projects and management techniques, including SAFe, SCRUM, and Agile
Experience utilizing Microsoft Project Professional
Experience with direct management of client stakeholders, including the Program Executive and Contracting Office
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
ITIL Certification
Nice If You Have:
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree
ITIL Intermediate Certification v3 or v4 Certifications
PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
