Salary: £40,000 to £80,000 !!! dependant on experience, previous sales and location.

Car Allowance: c. £6,000pa Allowance or Electric Company Car like Tesla, Polestar, etc

Existing/ New: 30% from existing clients provided, with opportunities to generate new clients from your network or contact/ niche strengths as a 70% focus after that. Go and meet existing clients develop those, as well as go get more of who you deal with best!

Industry:

MUST have Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Safety or Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems or Fire service contracts, Fire extinguishers in UK, so would work for FIA/ BAFE company.

Sales: - Would be used to generating £500,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in UK.

Strategy & Performance Asset Manager needed in Huddersfield, £54,317 to £55,267 PA - Reference: 0009 1FFF / 1

You will support the Head of Service with the strategic, operational, and financial management of the service area.
You will work with colleagues across the organisation and with partners as a change agent and ensure positive outcomes for the service area, and for Homes and Neighbourhoods residents and stakeholders.
You will deliver Strategic Asset Management, while supporting the Head of Service in developing long term plans to provide homes and services that put residents and communities first and are fit for the future.

• Lead and co-ordinate HRA related Capital and Revenue investment programmes across Housing. Support the Head of Service in establishing overall asset strategies, related investment profiles and options appraisals based on up to date and reliable asset data.
• Establish and implement 5-year Capital/Revenue programmes based on agreed strategic priorities.
• Co-ordinate the collection, management and use of asset and condition data to enable programmes and packages of work to be produced. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other key enablers and partners to develop and deliver proposals, commissioning specialist input where required.
• Support the team to introduce and implement standard Operating Procedures in line with Service EFQM approach. Reviewing and updating procedures to reflect changing circumstances and learning.
• Contribute to the development of the team approach to data and intelligence.
• Establish key relationships to ensure a holistic approach to planning and programming.
• Champion the delivery of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring that policies and plans help us to deliver the Housing Standard.
• Oversee a team of asset/technical specialists and line management of managers assigned in the structure.

Requirements for the HDEN Project Manager role:

Experience in delivering complex schemes infrastructure teams and previous understanding and experience of working on infrastructure projects is essential
An interest in climate change but not essential
Demonstrate track records in project management of complex schemes the built environment in general
Standard education requirements maths and English
Would expect someone degree educated – no specific discipline
Have done some internet research on the project and heat networks in general to demonstrate some interest
Project Management experience in a UK setting, particularly with experience of the public sector/Local Authorities would be very helpful - in additional to relevant international experience

Job objectives and responsibilities

To provide high quality, proactive and efficient Project orientated works associated with additional/small works on the account, maintain appropriate systems and processes to support effective information flow. Manage programmes, schedules, commercials and any issues and risks associated with assigned projects on the account. Ensure project status information is available through collaborative co-ordination with the wider internal account team and external supply chain.



Main duties

· Oversee and manage all assigned projects within the remit of the Additional Works Team

· Chair/attend stakeholder meetings

· Line management of assigned direct reports

· Review works arising and contribute to Life Cycle Plan/Planning

· Monitor and support resolution of reactive and remedial work order performance

· Ensure all projects are assigned on time, within budget and with margin improvements where possible through resource and procurement efficiencies

· Continually risk assess projects, placing mitigating actions in resolution

· Collate/update associated reports and issue in a timely manner

· Manage client relationships, including progress, scope clarification and variation activities.

· Maintain internal systems with accurate data

· Develop and maintain detailed project plans

· Manage trending and statistical analysis

· Conduct internal closed-loop reporting with other departments

· Develop and maintain process documents in a clear demonstration of business protocols and delivery expectations

· Demonstrate clear and visible leadership

· Maintain and monitor project plans, project structures

· Writing project status reports for upwards escalation

· Preparing necessary data and or presentation materials for meetings

· Ensure project deadlines are met

· Determine and log project changes

· Provide subject matter expertise support as needed to the Additional Works Team leadership

· Undertake assigned projects as required

· Be responsible for supporting projects employing Project Management methodologies and administrative support
