Job Summary
• This role is responsible for independently identifying solutions to common and complex supply chain issues, supporting strategic supply chain projects from planning through execution, and conducting data analysis, interpreting findings, and contributing to decision-making within projects. Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The Project Manager will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Project Team within Technology under Institutional Client Group (ICG). The WLCR (Wholesale Lending Credit Risk) program is a multi-year strategy that will transform the front-to-back service model for Credit Risk for our global Wholesale Loans portfolio.  Building a single ecosystem that fully supports the wholesale loans lifecycle, meets the demand of the business, and satisfies regulatory obligations.  The role involves partnering with key internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end execution of the target state architecture. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, understanding/tracking critical path, monitoring cross project dependencies.
• Classify & track associated project risks and issues - identifying and structuring problems for broader assessment, performing root causes analysis, developing solutions/mitigations, escalating accordingly.
• Drive Working group sessions with stakeholders, providing thought leadership where required to keep activities on track and strategy aligned.  Recording minutes/actions and seeing through to resolution.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of our complex, high-risk, very large, multi-side portfolio implementations and/or innovative solutions often international in scope.
