About the role
The Senior Business Consultant (Finance) is a senior consulting role in a team of Finance Consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences whilst achieving PS revenue targets.
This role will work closely with other stakeholders, project managers and customer to understand their requirements in the provision of Local Government solutions and the delivery of Services.
Requirements:
- Provide business consulting and technical services including product configuration, SQL scripting
- Implementation and delivery of training to LG Customers in the Authority LG Enterprise Finance modules such as AP, AR, Purchasing, General Ledger, Bank Requisitions
- Upskilling of Consultants based on product road map & sales pipeline
- Contribution to process documentation and collateral (training material, Business Process Manuals)
- Work closely with Professional Services Project Managers and collaboratively with Business Consultants to deliver excellent customer outcomes
About You:
- Experience with Local Government Authority Enterprise Software Finance Modules will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to lead customer Workshops and deliver Training
- Solid background in Consulting or Services role
- Proven analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Leadership skills, this role is a successor role for the Team Leader
