** Job Summary **
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the power supply sector with a focus on railways and other electrification projects. The ideal candidate will effectively identify new opportunities and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
Job Description:
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities within the power supply and railway
electrification sectors.
· Identify potential clients and stakeholders in the industry, understanding their needs and presenting tailored
solutions.
· Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business growth and customer
satisfaction.
· Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify
opportunities.
· Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of
contracts.
· Prepare, negotiate, and finalize proposals and contracts for railway & other electrification projects.
· Achieve sales targets by tracking performance metrics and adapting strategies as needed.
· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase market presence and visibility.
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience in business development or sales within the power supply, railway and other electrification sector is
highly preferred.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
· Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Knowledge of the railway electrification industry and relevant regulatory standards.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
