The Business Service Representative is responsible for creating, maintaining and improving customer relationships while interacting with customers on a daily basis. Provide quality professional customer service that consistently meets or exceeds company standards of excellence and customer expectations via chat/email and phone support. What you will do

• Answer customer calls and emails and chat providing prompt issue resolution
• Manage outbound calls to gain information and/or follow up to resolve customer issues
• Contribute to positive metrics:  First contact resolution, quality, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, productivity, etc.
• Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in CRM Salesforce
• Ability to be Dependable for work schedule, and work on-site 5 days a week
• Available to attend 6 weeks of training on a fixed schedule

What experience you need

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Detailed oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

As Project Executive, you will be the driving force of a leadership team dedicated to providing world class service to our clients by leading, directing, and coordinating the day to day management of the project.  You will be a champion of the project goals and objectives to the entire project team. The Project Executive will create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to achieve the project’s goals.  The Project Executive with the help of the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineers will communicate with the broader project team and stakeholders, manage risk and monitor progress against the schedule.  Successful candidates will demonstrate their passion for and dedication to getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting

• Have thorough knowledge of the company's contracts and understanding of all parties involved

• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors

• Facilitate project meetings to successfully coordinate work activity

• Lead, train and develop project team members

• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline project priorities and issues

• Lead project close out of project; including turnover of manuals and warranties and preparation of final payment documents for subcontractors

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at owner, engineering and design firms

• Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project

• Drive a culture of safety on the project site

• Support the company’s acquisition of new work by participating in proposals and presentations

• Provide leadership to foster an environment of inclusion and diversity

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline or relevant work experience

• 10+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large scale construction projects is highly preferred. 

• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams

• Understanding of the strategic, operational and financial components of a construction project

• Ability to make timely and effective decisions

• Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish

• Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors

• Strong work ethic, leadership and the ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, results oriented, adaptable, team player, accountable, ethical, innovative, resilient, builds relationships, builds people/teams and followership, sets direction and executes

Preferred Qualifications

• Primavera P6, SAP (or some other financial system), Procore, Microsoft Excel

You may be aligned to the following verticals and/or clouds: Public Sector, Professional Services, Slack, Mulesoft, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Specialization Cloud, Enterprise Corporate Sales and .ORG (Non Profit & Education).

In addition, we have Core Teams that sell the entire Salesforce Platform and our Co Prime teams specialize in a specific cloud solution, including but not limited to, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Heroku or Quip.

Day to Day
Selling the entire Customer 360 Platform, or a specific cloud, across a set of Salesforce customers and/or new logos.

Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment

Preferred Qualifications
Average of 2-5 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 1 in the field with a proven track record of success
Experience managing and growing existing and/or net new logo accounts
Experience selling to the C-suite
Ability to craft a point of view and build credibility as a ‘Trusted Adviser’ with your customers
Experience building a business case and delivering return on investment
Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers
Ability to strategize with a large extended internal team
Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer experience, work experience, etc.)
