Job Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator, PMO is a dual-focused role by being the leader of all administrative functions within the Project Management Operations and also leading small to medium projects through our project management framework.
Job Responsibilities
Implement and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones and provide reports on project status and performance.
Capture detailed meeting notes, action items, and decisions, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate regular updates across the business leadership communicating program execution and highlighting any risk or critical milestone objectives.
Provide administrative support for project activities: including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing project documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track progress, identify potential risks, and mitigate project delays.
Act as the central point of contact for project-related communication, facilitating information exchange between team members and stakeholders.
Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all project stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business leadership to provide regular updates on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Work with Project and Program Managers to ensure all deliverables are met.
Help to define and document internal processes for the PMO
Coordinate with the finance team to track budgets, expenses, and report on variances.
Resource capacity and demand planning.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Proven experience in project coordination within an IT environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years program/project administration or other relevant experience.
- Effective self-leadership with attention to detail and results orientation.
- Strong critical and creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, on-going projects while adapting to a constantly changing environment.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$35.25 - $41.75 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
