Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate new test run of new mould supplied by customer or in-house tooling.
• To establish process that produces the best product quality with minimum cycle time at the same time taking care of machine and mould safety.
• To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new product and machines: anticipate specific problem from machine, process, mould or material.
• To perform interior product analysis and investigation.
• To perform process improvement and contribute ideas for project further improvement.
• To interact with the counterpart on the customer side on any technical and quality issues when required.
• To monitor and perform SPC on new product before mass production on progress.
• To ensure proper engineering documentation and working manual for all products.
• To collaborate with other departments from new project till part approval stage included attending NPEA meeting and Capability Review Meeting.

Requirements:

• Process at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in a Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing environment.
• Excellent in analysis of root causes and use statistical chart.
• Strong planning, analytical thinker and problem solving skill.
• Good interpersonal skill, ability to work as part of team, to motivate team efforts and to deliver targets within realistic timelines.
• Pro- active and able to work independently with minima supervision.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be a highly organised individual with a knack for managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proactive nature.

As a dedicated Business Assistant reporting to the Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to our Commercial Heads of Operations and Business Development Director. Duties will include:

• Providing daily administrative support to Head of Operations / Director, including support with some diary scheduling and email monitoring and organise travel arrangements as and when required
  
• Supporting with organising events and preparing documents for meetings
  
• Deliver administration with a solution-focused mindset, striving to problem solve and think outside of the box
  
• Ensuring the accurate inputting of data and raising of purchase orders as needed
  
• Deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution and to support the PA with ad hoc administration requests

Le Programme Infogérance est en charge de l’infogérance des systèmes informatiques du groupe Thales en France. Cet important contrat couvre les périmètres suivants : serveurs et applications et réseau et sécurité.

Vous intégrerez les équipes « Agile Delivery Hub », qui assurent la gestion de tous les projets, allant jusqu’à 50.000€, sur l’ensemble du périmètre infogéré. Cela représente environ 350 projets par an répartis sur nos 4 centres de services. L’objectif de l’apprentissage est d’intégrer le poste d’un chef de projet. Vous aurez pour objectif de mener à bien l’ensemble des projets qui attribués (plusieurs projets en parallèle pour un budget unitaire de 1.000 à 50.000€)

En nous rejoignant, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :

• Comprendre les besoins des clients
• Etablir des devis de prestation, planifier les actions, coordonner les ressources, rapporter au client, assurer de la qualité des livraisons, participer à l’amélioration continue, assurer le suivi financier ; tout cela dans une organisation Agile
• Assister les chefs de projets puis prendre ensuite en charge le rôle de chef de projet à part entière

Vous serez l’interface entre le client et les équipes de production dans la conduite des projets. Vous aurez la responsabilité du respect des engagements pris auprès du client (délai et service délivré) et du contrôle des coûts. Vous participerez, comme l’ensemble de l’équipe, aux actions d’amélioration continue de nos outillages, processus et fonctionnements. Finalement, vous évoluerez dans un cadre de travail Agile (Kanban, rétrospective, sprint…).
