Work Location: Senai, Johor
Job Scope & Duties:
1. Support sales team on documentation required for sales activities ie. presentation.
2. Follow up and liaise with sales team and customer on quotation matters.
3. Provide regular report on project progress existing customers.
4. Project management. Co-ordination with others department to ensure correct parts procurement, product assembly and timely delivery.
5. Maintaining accurate minutes of discussion and filing record ie. GA layout, body specifications and color schemes
6. Timely preparation of various reports, ie project development log and project records.
7. Study, plan and implement processes that will ensure smooth project management, production progress and delivery on time.
8. Follow up and liaise with project team, engineers and production regarding sales & project matters.
9. Focus of projects: mainly on international market, including the USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, Dubai and etc. Delegation of markets will be determined based on the capability of the candidate.
10. Ensure that departmental or team activities are in alignment with the organization's
environmental goals.
11. Participate in training programs related to environmental management and ISO 14001.
12. Promote environmental awareness within the department and encourage colleagues to adopt environmentally responsible practices.
13.Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to the EMS,
including procedures and records.
14. Ensure that departmental records are accurate and kept up to date.
15.Collaborate with team members to work towards achieving the company objectives.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business/Admin or
Any fields.
• Presentable and ability to give presentations.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with team member.
• Discipline, self-motivated and independent.
• Computer literate.
• Will need to communicate with customers in Mandarin.
