During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support plan, execution, and pivot growth experiments on online re-commerce business especially in direct to customer sales strategies
• Be responsible for the daily updates of business performances tracker

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner.
• Document and present findings in the form of workflow diagrams, specifications and other project specific documentation.
• Conceptualize business processes and present it visually using workflow diagrams and slide decks to effectively communicate (visually) complex ideas and concepts.
• Manage the project timeline, plan and priorities tasks in a constantly changing environment.
• Participate and support various activities during the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, development in sprints, QA and testing, deployment etc).
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that effectively presents progress and status of different aspects of the project to different stakeholders.

Requirements

• Students will be required to commit full time hours per week for at least 6 months and above.
• The candidate should have excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to visualize workflows and translate them into digital mediums (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for analysis.
• Strong and avid interest in web and mobile applications.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in a software delivery project would be advantageous.

The Successful Applicant

• Singapore or UK qualified
• 2-5 years of PQE
• Construction law or major projects background
• Exposure to the energy and infrastructure sectors (particularly renewable energy and energy transition) will be highly regarded, such as oil and gas, power, PPP, water and transport infrastructure

Job Description:

X Star Technology, a leading fin-tech company, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and analytical intern to join our team in Singapore and assist in the optimization of our business operations. You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting and optimizing our business processes. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making within the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing operational processes and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional teams (credit team and finance team) day-to-day activities, from loan credit review process to loan disbursement and post-disbursement collection process

• Work closely with our in-house SaaS development team to map and design operation workflow for in-house auto-finance system

• Be the product champion in driving rapid adoption of the in-house SaaS system among internal users and mitigating any technical issues users face in the system

• Identify issues and inefficiencies to improve system operations

• Other responsibilities allocated by management

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science

• Able to commit full-time internship.

• Able to manage large data volume and to show effective use of analytics.

• Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented individual

• Proficiency in English
