This position is located in the Public Buildings Service, Real Estate Division (RED). This division manages the acquisition of leased space – and the renovation of existing leased and federal space – to support customer agency real estate needs.

This position has job functions that must be executed within specific geographic locations. • Serves as an expert in project management and serves as the primary point of contact in developing and maintaining Division project management policy, practice, and training regimens. This includes developing and maintaining policy and training documents by staying abreast of Public Buildings Service (PBS), Regional, and Division project management dynamics in both leased and federal space.
• Serves as a knowledge expert/resource to all Project Management Branches and Division staff overall as required on all aspects of project management, developing and providing guidance, one-to-one guidance if requested, formal and informal training or briefings or other information sharing in this program area.

• Responsible for liaising with, organizing, leading, and facilitating the Division senior or Expert and Supervisory Project Managers as a Project Management Council, in parity and concert with the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) Council in order to help ensure project management and lease procurement policy, practice and training are coordinated and harmonized to the maximum extent possible across the project delivery spectrum.

• Serve as a technical/programmatic authority in providing expert advice and assistance to state, local and/or tribal governments and non-profits to help facilitate assigned environmental protection program development within states/municipalities/tribes.
• Serves as a primary senior staff authority and coordinator to develop and implement stakeholder/EPA partnerships for environmental protection programs; negotiate, facilitate, create, and evaluate state specific agreements.

• Scope and drive execution of analytics work to distill strategic insights and recommendations into executive-level presentations through storytelling with data. Data sources include but not limited to employee data, functional and corporate financials, market research, and other primary and secondary quantitative and qualitative resources
• Manage multiple development and execution workstreams simultaneously, including development of materials for presentation to senior leaders (including quarterly board meetings)
• Lead change management initiatives to support successful implementation of strategies
• Work with talent analytics team to conduct proactive analysis of labor, talent, turnover, performance and financial data and arrive at insights to support business and talent allocation choices
• Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization (e.g. with TDS, Finance, etc.) as required to support the broader needs of the People Team
• Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor and ensure the continuity of operations across the People function
• Proactively take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously improve C&W’s performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in analytical/business-related field preferred, but not required
• 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or comparable highly-analytical strategic function with internal or external clients (e.g. business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, human resources, operations, or sales analytics), preferably in a services-based industry
• Experience in a global and highly-matrixed organization including experience working with teams across countries and time zones; Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus
• Exceptional planning, organizational and program management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities at once and influence others – including senior executives – to meet deadlines
• Strong business mindset and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to turn data in to a story; experience analyzing people data in combination with additional data sources a plus
• Strong financial acumen; commercial understanding of real estate a plus

Job Description:

The Hospitality Lead position provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings, events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. The goal of this role is to be the primary person that the client can engage directly when something is needed and making everyone’s day easier and more pleasant.

Responsibilities

• Provide “White Glove” hospitality services
• Work independently on daily hospitality task and events without direct supervision
• Schedule and set-up meeting rooms as specified
• Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and visitor offices are clean and stocked with supplies
• Lead event and room set ups in accordance with client request
• Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services, including monitoring the service and resource request system
• Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks and interface with IT for equipment assistance and incident escalations
• Escorts clients to meetings rooms and ensure that they have everything they need for the meeting
• Act as a liaison between guests and firm staff
• Notify Facilities/Hospitality and various support teams of inventories and conference room repairs
• Assist management with training new hires on all hospitality functions and process
• Understand, track, and communicate production metrics to management and client

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of work experience, client service-oriented preferred

The Project Scheduler will lead the planning & scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects. This role will also actively contribute to Corporate Initiatives including, but not limited to, training development and delivery, data analytics, trend identification and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices 

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation and acceptance of usable Baseline schedules for construction

• Monitor multiple project schedules being developed and updated by Operations staff and provide guidance as necessary

• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners in the best manner to owners, subcontractors, and their representatives

• Support the development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management and present to selection committees if required

• Utilize analytics to identify and report on project trends

• Effectively cost and manpower load schedules for use during the execution of the project

• Evaluate the actual construction status relative to proposed plan

• Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule

• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per recommended practices by commonly accepted standards

• Travel to project sites.

• Develop and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and other Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University

• Critique, create, and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.

• Be responsible for special projects and other departmental duties as necessary

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects

• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives

• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance

• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams

• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software
