Job Description

1. Assess site progress and work together with project manager on the plan (inclusive but not limited to method of construction, schedule, storage, and manpower).

2. Liaise with client and subcontractors on construction, safety, site QA/QC and logistic matters.

3. Complete the tasks within schedule, budget and accepted quality and in safe manner.

4. Monitor and control work progress of subcontractors and report to direct superior on any underperformer.

5. Verify all claims submitted by sub-contractors prior to the submission to QS.

6. Advise QS about the site progress for timely claim submission to main contractors.

7. Prepare and submit Permit to Work prior to any construction.

8. Conduct daily toolbox and progress meeting with subcontractors and assigned manpower.

Job Requirements

1) Candidate shall possess a minimum ITE or equivalent

2) Minimum 3 years’ experience in project supervision role preferably in housing construction

3) The candidate shall possess positive and open-minded mindset

4) The candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Responsible for smooth and efficient operations at site.

· Ensure site operations are scheduled according to customer requirements.

· Ensure that customer requirements are clearly communicated to subcontractors.

· Liaise with customers on progress of works.

· Undertake corrective action for nonconformance identified during internal quality audits.

· Conduct receiving inspection for incoming materials.

· Conduct in-process and final inspection as required.

· Initiate action to prevent product nonconformance.

· Authorise the disposition of nonconforming product on site.

· Control of documents at site.

· Accountable for site HSE inspection and supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

· NTC2 or 3 in Electrical/Mechanical/Air Condition.

· 3 years of relevant experience and familiar with air conditioning systems.

· Class 3 driving license preferred.
