We are creating a team in Singapore to take in charge some part of the project (e.g. In-bound and out-bound flows of the platform for various systems or modules, API…). Performance and latency of those interfaces will be key for the success of the project.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the business analyst would work with the first team members and development team based in Asia in Singapore, our IT treasury team, business stakeholders in the region and our head office teams. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi sites project team.

We need someone who should demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, showcasing a keen willingness to learn and a strong attention to detail.

This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring digital documents and folders are accurately sorted, stored and transferred into respective folders in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Partake in Front Desk Reception duties including assisting external clients and answering calls.
• Assist with the incoming mails and scanning process.
• Providing general administrative support to departments and other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint would be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Applicable for Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents.
