Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Google’s New Business Sales Team is a group of sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring advertisers, by encouraging them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., YouTube, Search, and the Google Display Network) into their Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic, and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.
As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating direction, driving, supporting, and coaching on the highest value business agreements and guiding and leading upper and lower funnel success.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.
- Create presentations and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
- Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners.
- Partner with Google’s client on-boarding team to service clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
- Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy in an App ecosystem.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and Google digital advertising products.
- Ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.
