Job Description:

• To ensure given KPI are met timely and effectively
• Providing administrative, planning, organising, controlling, discipline and training functions of his departments.
• General administration, supervision and control of Supervisor and staff under the department
• Follow up with customer’ vendor and./or authorities for required task to be performed/ supported

• Raise Asset Disposal Application (ADA) for unserviceable equipment and follow up on the update the inventory list.
• Ensure sufficient tools/ special tooling and spares are required for maintenance and ensure PR is raised and follow up if required
• Coordinate the purchase of new equipment for SIAEC.
• Ensure new Ground Support Equipment are inducted through the correct process.
• Highlight and Coordinate with GSE in-charged for other necessary matters.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering/ Aviation/ Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in Operations/ Aviation
• Proficiency in Excel/ Words/ Point and any other will be an advantage
• State Class 3 driving license for Airside Driving
