We are looking to recruit Business Analyst with experience. As a Business Analyst at Renaissance, you will play a key role in Business , stakeholder success. You will collaborate with other business development teams. You should be quick learner and self-motivated personnel having good communications skills. Degree level qualification or an NVQ Level 6 qualification with experience. Salary £36K - £42K pear year depends on experience / Qualification plus pension, 24 days holiday per year, sick pay.
This is a hybrid model work and travel will be on need basis.
Job description:
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the needs of departments and the organisation.
• Responsible for managing the successful design, strategic/functional specification requirements and implementation of key corporate systems supporting the organisation's business plan.
• Responsible for the development of quality assured business specifications, user acceptance testing of new systems and implementation of business processes.
• Manage the specification of new system requirements and businesses processes
• Analyse various business model for new opportunities and development
• Extensive analysis knowledge gained from significant experience of business analysis projects to enable problems to be investigated and options for new and existing services to be evaluated. Knowledge of how to provide recommendations to solutions.
• Significant knowledge of business modelling techniques and business improvement processes.
• Strong experience of agile working with ability to. identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes. Knowledge of how to help the team to decide the best approach.
• Knowledge of how to gain the necessary agreement needed from subject matter experts and stakeholders for analysis processes.
• Strong knowledge of business process testing with demonstrable ability of enabling the planning, design, management and reporting of business process tests and usability evaluations. Ability to apply evaluation skills to see how appropriate or useful the defined process is going to be.
• Responsible for various financial analysis of commercial real estate.

• Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation to drive business value.
