Job Description
The Program Manager 2, Supply Chain Planning will be a key member of the Supply Chain Planning team focused on supporting Inbound planning for our Store network. This individual will play an integral role in leading the weekly and monthly forecasting cycles to support our network of stores across near-term, mid-range and long-term operational planning horizons. This person will partner closely with our current DC Inbound planner, Store Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Transportation, Finance and HR to drive cross-functional alignment and drive decision making across the organization. This individual will translate near-term operational signals and mid-term supply plans into operational plans. Working with teams across the organization, this individual will help to stand up new planning and execution rhythms, continuously innovate and evolve our planning/forecasting capabilities and provide visibility and accountability to execution against plans. This role will require an individual who can partner collaboratively with a large set of stakeholders across the organization and will require outstanding analytics skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passion for complex modeling, be able to analyze data effectively and efficiently, have experience independently leading cross-functional teams, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit to lead the growth and development of a new process from its beginning stages to maturity.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Driving weekly and monthly integrated planning rhythm for Store Inbound Planning
- Partnering and aligning with DC Planning, SC Operations, Store Operations and Transportation to drive alignment and identify capacity or labor risks and constraints to the Network
- Partnering with SC Planning, Store Finance and HR to drive alignment on volume forecasts to support hiring and scheduling decisions
- Developing, implementing, monitoring, and reporting forecast accuracy to ensure performance of planning
- Partnering with Product Management to enhance existing planning tools to meet the needs of the planning team and the organization
- Partnering with Data & Analytics to stand-up reporting to measure forecast accuracy and track key performance KPIs
- Offer strategic guidance to business partners on how to best leverage planning tools, outputs, and reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis and build a network of internal and external stakeholders
YOU OWN THIS IF YOU HAVE…
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Business/Financial analysis, or a related role
- Expert level skills in MS Excel, developing reporting and models
- Preferred experience with Anaplan, Tableau, SQL, or related analytics platforms
- High level of comfort dealing with ambiguity and navigating and managing large data sets
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide ad hoc analytical support for program initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to influence through writing
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $92,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
