The Projects are valued circa £500K-£3M and tend to be fit out projects. You will be responsible for managing the site and will have to be quite an expert in logistics and they will include some external works also. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Major experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Project Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

An experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Surveyor needed to join the recently established London office. London branch was established 18 months ago, and projects are all valued between £1 million and £20 million. All sites are in central London with a few in the surrounding counties and every project is either CAT A, CAT B or full refurbishment and fit-out.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

• Working from tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Procurement across all sub-contracting accounts.
• Pricing, and managing change and variations.
• Monitoring costs against tender allowances.
• Site meetings.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

• 2+ years' experience on fit-out and refurbishment sites or a background with a fit-out contractor.
• Based closely or easy commute to Central London.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships.

We have a unique opportunity for an Project Manager working on the HS2 project in Euston.

This is part of the HS2 project in Euston, the role will be very paperwork based and will be joining a team of 3 Project Managers, you will be dealing with technical submittals, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Material Acceptance Forms and Front Sheets.

It would be preferable if the candidate has Aconex experience as well as all round construction experience.

The project will be underground and will be dealing with the internal packages. You will be responsible for managing the whole site and will be reporting to the Project Manager daily. Mechanical Building Services Project Engineer - SE London - end of 2025 - c£350-400 a day - M&E contractor - mixed use Shell and Core c£35M M&E
Working for a M&E contractor specialising in providing construction, services and property management expertise in Building and Civil Engineering, Property Development, Private House Building, Financing, Commercial and Mixed use developments
You will be charged with the delivery of Mechanical services on a £35M HVAC and mechanical Shell and Core, mixed use development. You will be required to carry out the full coordination and management of Mechanical services installations of this project working as part of a team.
You will be educated to a minimum HND level in a relevant field with a good level of experience working for at least 5 years within the MEP contracting arena. Mechanical background is essential.
The role will be the coordination of the installation of Mechanical services and management of an on-site M&E team who will monitor the progress of the M&E package managers on site.
An understanding of design and influence in M&E design coordination will be advantageous as would previous experience working on projects within the large scale residential/commercial sector. The role will also involve the production and implementation of the Commissioning.
