· Safety Protocol Adherence: Set drop sheets, inspect safety gear, and follow all health and safety regulations to ensure both personal and public safety on high-rise sites.
· Equipment Maintenance and Clean-up: Regularly maintain tools, inspect safety equipment, and leave work areas clear of debris, ensuring readiness for subsequent use.
· Additional Maintenance Tasks: Conduct minor repairs as needed, such as replacing glass in windows, caulking, maintaining sealants, and touch-ups to prevent water intrusion and structural wear.

REQUIRED SKILLS
