Office Administration

• Administer procurement, reimbursement and financial activities of ICC Office

Job Description:

· Counter Service to manage stakeholders’ needs

o Front desk duties include attending to the needs of walk-in customers (such as parents, visitors, partners, teachers, staff, and students) in a professional, prompt and friendly manner. 1. Job Scope: Pre-interview reading of student profile and interview questions, interviewing secondary school students (incl. those who may have special education needs), post-interview debrief with the research team, any subsequent verification of transcripts if necessary. Willing to travel to on-site school location. Voice recorder will be provided.
