The Opportunity

The Opportunity

We need your help to scale! As a member of Adobe’s growing FP&A Anaplan Center of Excellence team, you will play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation financial planning processes and tools for our customers. What you need to succeed

• BS/BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.

• Demonstrable Anaplan Model Builder experience; certifications are valued.

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive the strategy, thought leadership, and positioning to grow our Financial Services segment.  As the Industry Strategy Director, you will develop compelling and prescriptive thought leadership and present it to prospects at industry & Adobe conferences/events and 1:1 customer meetings with SVP levels and above.  You will partner with a diverse ecosystem of sales, product management, and solution consulting to bolster our industry value proposition and drive a coordinated go-to-market strategy.  As an ambassador for Adobe in the Financial Services industry, you will also partner with Adobe marketing to drive awareness of Adobe’s capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Develop Adobe’s point-of-view for Financial Services: 

Build a vision and competitive positioning for the industry that resonates with Financial Services executives. This will address, for example, what are the major capabilities and use cases Adobe’s Experience Cloud enables – from customer data & analytics, advanced omnichannel personalization, cross-channel journey orchestration, creative content production, and unified measurement.  It should also address what does "amazing" look like for an omnichannel experience & customer journey, and what tactics are needed for banks, insurers, wealth and asset management companies to maximize the return from their digital programs.  You will have opportunities to collaborate with digital strategists, technologists, data scientists, and other specialists to craft a powerful point-of-view. 

Drive a coordinated strategy to grow the business:   

The Adobe Financial Services community extends across sales, marketing, pre-sales, customer success, product, professional services, and our partners. You will monitor the performance of the overall Americas business and drive long-term growth by orchestrating our strategy across functions. Typical activities include: working with sales leaders on go-to-market planning, partnering with marketing teams to amplify our industry messaging, enabling the field on how to position our capabilities to retailers, influencing product/engineering teams to ensure advanced Retail capabilities/use cases are on our product roadmap, and aligning with partners on delivery of industry solutions.

Engage with senior executives as a thought leader: 

You will develop and present compelling thought leadership to senior executives in customer meetings, CxO roundtables, Adobe conferences, and industry events (e.g., Money2020). This is a role for someone who enjoys building C-level relationships, opening new doors, speaking at conferences, and advising business leaders on how to achieve success in their omnichannel transformation programs. 

What you need to succeed  

Your success is measured by driving growth in Adobe’s Financial Services vertical by setting the vision for digital transformation in the space, and by positioning Adobe as a key strategic partner in this process. 

• Experience in Financial Services, either client-side or as a trusted adviser, with specific focus in digital, marketing, omnichannel personalization, customer data & analytics, and creative production (10+ years).  

• Experience leading successful programs for omnichannel transformation, along with an understanding of strategies, operational tactics, and technologies needed to execute at scale  

• Entrepreneurial approach to finding new growth levers for the business.  

• Experience in the effective use and deployment of data for designing and managing products for measurement, collection, integration, segmentation, experience activation and monetization.

Introduction

The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team — a mighty group of content strategists, content designers, and UX writers focused on in-product user experience — is looking for a passionate, creative leader to help align, grow, and evolve our practice across Adobe’s ecosystem.

The opportunity

Adobe is in a phase of rapid evolution on many fronts and Adobe Design is at the heart of all of it. Our Content Strategy team is part of a large, centralized design organization that works horizontally across the company. Our team has impact on practically all of Adobe’s product portfolio.

As Director of Content Strategy, you’ll partner closely with leaders from Design, Product, and Engineering to build high-quality experiences at scale across many dozens of products. This role sits at the center of all product development at Adobe and play a key role in building our next generation of products.

The opportunity:

We are seeking a leader to oversee and ensure delivery of the full portfolio of projects and programs for Adobe's Business Platform (horizontal platform leverage and consistency in commerce, payments, provisioning and administration, and identity for all of Adobe’s projects). This leader will manage a worldwide team of Technical Program Managers (TPgM's) delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.  You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. What you need: 

• 10+ years of software engineering, or technical product/program management experience overseeing a large scale B2C/B2B portfolio, and 5 years of people management experience 

• Deep industry knowledge in Platform development and APIs in both a B2C + B2B market 

• Experience running large-scale company-wide initiatives requiring collaboration across a broad set of partners and participants

The Opportunity

The Customer Experience Strategy & Operations team is looking for a summer intern. Our team defines business strategies for the 2,000+ person Customer Experience organization, driving the annual planning process and leading high-priority strategic initiatives; and ensures operational excellence, setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and analyzing and reporting on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

We are seeking a strategy analyst to develop a high-impact customer experience strategy on a top-priority initiative. You will collaborate closely with our Strategy Manager and will partner with stakeholders across Support Delivery, Business Operations, Product Management, and Customer Data Insights & Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, with a strong curiosity that drives them to dig deep to understand the why behind customer actions, and a high comfort-level making data-driven recommendations when there are multiple ways forward.

All 2024 Adobe interns will be ‘co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by the team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.

What You’ll Do

· Lead experience reviews to map current state customer support journeys – completing mystery shopper research, discovery sessions with cross-functional teams, and interviews with support agents

· Identify opportunities to improve the current customer experience – leveraging available qualitative and quantitative data and conducting best-in-class research to support analysis

· Develop strategy to address identified opportunities with refined or new customer experiences, and gain cross-functional team buy-in and alignment around priority recommendations

What You Need to Succeed

· Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree program, with an expected graduation date in spring of 2025 pursing a B.S. in Business, Industrial Engineering; or equivalent degree/experience required

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of being outcomes-driven

· Ability to independently analyze and synthesize complex ideas and extract relevant information

· Experience using visual storytelling to communicate ideas and influence stakeholders

· A customer-centric mindset and ability to deeply empathize with our customers

· UX/UI design experience is a plus

· Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September
