Key Role:

Contribute to the business marketing measurement function by combining creative problem solving with analytical rigor to drive actionable insights, including developing reporting frameworks and dashboards, performing customer segmentation, completing postmortem campaign analyses, managing digital and social media measurement, and presenting insights and recommendations based on data. Develop and maintain dynamic reporting dashboards within our reporting ecosystem, including Oracle, SQL, and Tableau that integrate data from a variety of marketing data sources to provide business partners with accessible and actionable information. Develop presentations and platforms to concisely illustrate complex quantitative analysis and deliver strategic recommendations, with final deliverables most often take the form of a web-based dashboard, PowerPoint presentation, or Excel spreadsheet.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working for an enterprise organization utilizing marketing data to drive strategy and make decisions

• 3+ years of experience obtaining large marketing data sets using SQL or Python

• 3+ years of experience with data visualization tools

• Experience working with B2B or B2G companies in sales or marketing

• Experience in establishing, implementing, and socializing reporting best practices with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Knowledge of data warehouse maintenance, migration, and integration efforts

Key Role:

Support a fast-paced, innovation-focused organization in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale Research and Development (R&D) efforts. Become part of a cross-functional team working to shape, solicit, procure and execute complex programs. Apply advanced program and project management skills by constructing project plans and coordinating program meetings for the client. Support budgeting and financial execution functions including program budget analysis, forecasting, and active execution tracking, drafting funding documents and creating briefings and reports to keep the clients fully apprised of program financials and deliverable progress. Use the client’s financial management system to support procurement activities. Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives in the creation and coordination of acquisition funding documents, including preparing, coordinating and evaluating Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Apply advanced consulting skills through document creation and administrative and logistical coordination, including managing the client’s calendar and scheduling travel on their behalf. Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems. Execute independently in a fast-paced environment directly with Government Program Managers and other federal clients.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with analyzing government budgeting and financial management

• Experience with programs, including supporting budget and schedule creation and tracking of financial commitments, obligations and expenditures

• Experience analyzing budgets, and managing schedules and program risks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with new program acquisition, solicitations and contracting actions

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with an Advanced Research Projects agency

• Experience providing analysis and support to government R&D programs

• Experience working with government financial systems

• Experience generating funding documents

You Have: 

• 15+ years of experience in a Navy, DoD Industry, DoD contractor, or government civilian role leveraging complex analytic techniques to address programmatic, operational, or strategic issues
• 10+ years of experience with managing personnel and projects within Navy Surface, Undersea, Special Projects, or NAVSEA programs
• Experience with leadership of diverse technical teams or working groups
• Experience in a leadership role in the Navy managing project costs, schedule, and performance
• Experience with developing and providing briefs to senior officers, flag officers, senior civilian, or staff
• Knowledge of advanced operational Navy surface and undersea domains
• Knowledge of Naval engineering, design, development, and fabrication
• Ability to articulate complex issues to Navy or DoD decision makers
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
