Job Title: Security Officer

Reporting to: Site Manager
Hours of work: Average of 42 hours per week working a shift pattern that includes, days, nights and weekends.
Flexibility with regards to working hours and duties is essential.
Principle Function: You will be working as part of a team of security professionals, providing for round the clock security and safety of our clients site in Kidderminster.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following;
• Working in partnership with the clients team to deliver a high quality security service.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the site.
• Providing an initial response to incidents of fire, or other emergencies on site.
• Carrying out security patrols as required.
• Providing access control and ensuring that site visitors follow the correct signing in and induction process.
• Monitoring the CCTV system and responding in accordance with the site instructions.
Skills, experience and abilities required include;
• SIA license is essential.
• Ability to pass fire warden training.
• Ability to understand and follow method statements, risk assessments and other work instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
You will be expected to work within safety rules at all times and report any safety issues or concerns to your line manager.
To respond to Management and Client requests appropriately.
To take appropriate action in the event of finding security issues.
To report any health and safety concerns.

Payment:
This is an hourly paid role requiring the use of a clocking machine.
£11.44 per hour to be paid on a weekly basis.

Legal Assistant – Conveyancing

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£26,982 per year (pro rata)

35 hours per week

Temporary position for up to 9 months

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Assistant – Conveyancing to join our Conveyancing team based in Worcester. As a Legal Assistant you will be dealing with all aspects of property resales for the business and the main focus of the role will be to support the delivery of conveyancing services in line with legal obligations and the Group's policies.

The role of Legal Assistant
- Conveyancing will include:
- Supporting the timely processing of enquiries/applications including re-sales, assignments, staircasing, lease extensions
- Supporting and progressing administrative tasks for the team which will include for example set up of new files, responding to re-sale enquiries, preparation of leasehold information packs and post completion tasks
- Providing a range of support and guidance services to relevant third parties concerning the above applications and enquiries
- Undertaking affordability assessments
- Communicating with different teams to request and gain information to then report this back to stakeholders and management
- Coordinating an effective legal administrative service, ensuring relevant activity is accurately recorded and maintained in line with corporate compliance
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders


Skills and experiences:

- Proven experience within a similar administrative role is essential
- Previous experience within a customer service focused admin role
- A working knowledge of housing regulations, legislation and current practice
- High accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams or similar

Legal Assistant - Family Law Department

Reports to: Fee Earner

Location: Redditch, UK

Main Purpose:

To provide secretarial and administrative support to a Fee Earner in the Family Department.

Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list):

• Diary Management: Maintain the Fee Earner's diary, arrange meetings, and appointments.
• New Enquiries: Handle new enquiries, initiate and complete the setup of new matters, including all onboarding and due diligence processes such as identification verification and complying with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Document Processing: Diligently type, print, and process dictations. Organize, e-file, and scan documents into our Case Management System, maintaining paper files with accuracy and efficiency.
• Billing Management: Manage the billing process, including generating and coordinating invoices on a monthly basis, and chasing any outstanding payments.
• Financial Transactions: Request payments and record receipts of monies, liaising with our Accounts Team as necessary.
• File Management: Open and archive all paper and electronic files.

Job Overview:
