Under Programmed First Nations Workforce Services, we have a fantastic opportunity in Cairns for applicants that identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent for a Civil Construction Traineeship, specialising in Road Construction and Maintenance.
Throughout the traineeship you will be hosted with a major Civil Construction company, RoadTek whom provide excellent mentoring, training and encourages teamwork and innovation within their business. RoadTek provides transport infrastructure solutions throughout Queensland as a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR).
Whilst engaged as a trainee you will be required to work outdoors and at times in a challenging environment being hot, dirty and dusty, on 11 days on/ 3 days off roster basis. Working
