• Provides security oversight and ensures compliance with INFOSEC, cybersecurity and physical security regulations.
• Prepares and provides foreign travel security, country and theatre briefings to employees making trips into foreign countries for official business and leisure.

The Office of Customer Service, led by the Associate Commissioner (AC, OCS), plans, organizes, and directs all activities of the office and is directly responsible for the accomplishment of the organization's mission by monitoring service delivery and performance, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying solutions that improve the customer's experience through a wide range of service delivery channels. As one of two Deputy Associate Commissioners for Customer Service (DAC, OCS) the incumbent is responsible for providing national oversight and direct support for SSA's customer service channels, including Call Answering Sites, Field Offices (FOs), Workload Support Units (WSUs), and Program Service Centers (PSCs). The incumbent researches and evaluates the applicability of innovative concepts and new technologies and recommends ways to improve customer service. Additionally, the DAC, OCS oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective management information (MI) systems to assess the operational effectiveness and efficiency of SSA public service operations.

This position is a mission critical occupation for HRSA. This position is responsible for analyzing public health programs, policies and procedures to ensure that Health Resources and Services Administration meets its mission, goals and objectives.

As a Supervisory Public Health Analyst Branch Chief your major duties and responsibilities include:

• Performing the administrative and human resource management functions relative to supervising staff.
• Facilitating program planning in evaluation, training and delivery of HIV-related health care and support services and technical assistance in building capacity.
• Managing in-person site visits to grant recipients in every state and applicable U.S. Territories and overseeing the preparation of reports for the purposes of meeting grant management requirements and for providing stewardship to the recipient.

Mid-career systems engineers come from a wide variety of experiences such as Cybersecurity, SIGINT, communications, and systems of systems or networking infrastructure. These professionals are adept at communicating with technical teams, and making recommendations to senior leadership that drive mission initiatives.

SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEERS

Seasoned professionals drive the Agency's largest and most challenging technical projects to ensure success. These engineers participate in technical decision-making, or function in an advisory role. Working in collaborative teams, these professionals define and manage technical requirements throughout product lifecycle; identify and manage technical program risk; evaluate the architectural design for efficiency improvements; capture, analyze and recommend updates to the enterprise and mission architectures to ensure resiliency; design and enforce configuration management and interoperability standards; and define, manage and perform testing and evaluation. As a PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Reviewing, approving and signing all divisional Statement of Reasons, intended to deny or revoke an individual's security clearance eligibility.
• Reviewing responses to Statements of Reasons and rendering adjudicative determinations on an individual's security clearance eligibility.
• Approving requests for additional investigation and responds to unusual and/or complex issues raised by commanding officers, special security officers, security managers and/or individuals affected by the agency actions.
• Reviewing complex adjudicative decisions made by a large number of certified developmental and senior specialists whose sole purpose is to make security clearance eligibility and suitability and fitness determinations.
