As an Information Security Specialist, GS-0080-12, you will:

• Serves as the Wing Information Protection Program Manager executing/enforcing all operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of the program.
• Formulates wing program goals, plans, policy implementation guidelines, procedures, and work plans dealing with the development and operation of wing-wide information security programs and activities and provides technical and administrative direction to subordinate wing information security personnel. Interprets National Guard Bureau (NGB), Air National Guard (ANG), Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal regulations for information security processes as they apply and are implemented within the Wing.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of the information security field that is necessary to provide effective guidance, training, and direction to subordinate squadron level organizations/activities/units. Establishes and maintains liaisons with senior personnel at wing, NGB, ANG, and MAJCOM.
• Prepares information security review reports and provides recommendations and advice.
• Analyzes and evaluates the classification downgrading, declassification, and destruction programs.

This Transportation Security Inspector position is located in Will Rogers World Airport (OKC), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring security compliance of persons and transportation systems and entities regulated under the Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1500 series. You will perform selected assignments and progressively responsible inspection work such as:

• Conducting less complex inspections or portions of more complex inspections.
• Applying basic technical inspection knowledge acquired in formal core training and on-the-job training (OJT), along with any limited experience gained prior to or after such training.
• Conducting regulatory inspections and investigations, and supporting criminal investigations related to alleged or suspected security violations.
• Responding to security incidents, threats, violations, or potential violations.

• Participating in covert and overt test and audits, as well as vulnerability assessments.

• Using Global Positioning System (GPS) hardware and software to perform static and RTK surveys and when possible to layout and control construction, provide reference points, and lines for subsequent related work.
• Assisting project engineers in developing scopes of work, preparing Government estimates and technical specifications, and supervision and administration of contract survey work.

• Supervises General Attorneys and support staff who support the oversight work of the 15 district legal units.
• Advises the Associate General Counsel on issues arising in EEOC litigation conducted by the field legal divisions in federal court.
• Oversees the preparation of legal analyses on complex legal issues that affect the conduct of enforcement litigation.
• Oversees and supports the effectiveness of the prosecution of litigation, and the degree of interaction between legal and enforcement units.
• Represents the Associate General Counsel in Commission meetings considering litigation recommendations and other OGC interests.
• Supervises the development of formal training programs for field legal unit staff regarding all aspects of developing and litigating EEOC cases.
• Reviews all litigation recommendations submitted by Regional Attorneys to the General Counsel and Associate General Counsel including in systemic and class cases, under Title VII, the EPA, ADEA, ADA, GINA, PWFA, and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Provides advice and support to 15 district legal units on substantive legal issues, staffing and personnel matters.

The purpose of this role is to provide secretarial support for the fee earners in the Housing department in the provision of a wide range of legal services.

• Organising and prioritising workloads on an ongoing basis, in conjunction with fee earners
• Maintaining the fee earner diary / being aware of fee earner day-to-day commitments
• Preparing inward and outward correspondence
• Alerting, and agreeing with fee earner's, any changes in circumstances and priority with regard to workload
• Opening and closing files and general matter maintenance, ensuring all relevant money laundering documentation is completed to comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the firm's protocols and policies.
• Liaising with clients and taking instructions under the supervision of and as directed by fee earners
