• Performs senior level technical development and reviews of cost estimating work performed by the Estimating Services Group and serves as a Senior Estimating Engineer for Reclamation in the cost estimating technical area.
• Serves as the primary peer reviewer for technical work involving cost estimates for dams, pumping plants, power plants, pipelines, tunnels, canals, diversion structures and other related facilities, features, or work associated with safety, upgrades, operations and maintenance of existing facilities for conformance with state-of-the-art practices.
• As a Technical work leader and senior engineer, performs a review of cost estimates assigned to lower-graded engineers for preparation. This Transportation Security Inspector position is located in Grand Junction Regional Airport / Walker Field (GJT), Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As a Transportation Security Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring security compliance of persons and transportation systems and entities regulated under the Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 1500 series. You will perform selected assignments and progressively responsible inspection work such as:

• Conducting less complex inspections or portions of more complex inspections.
• Applying basic technical inspection knowledge acquired in formal core training and on-the-job training (OJT), along with any limited experience gained prior to or after such training.

This position is for non co-located/stand-alone or host Air National Guard (ANG) Wings or ANG Security Forces organizations co-located on non-Air Force installations. This position is located in the Mission Support Group, Security Forces Squadron (SFS). This is an ANG Dual Status Technician position requiring military membership, compatible military skill assignment, and classification. The primary purpose of this position is the principal advisor to the Wing Commander as the Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO) and reports to the Mission Support Group Commander as the Defense Force Commander (DFC) with responsibility over the SFS; develops, implements, and manages the wing law enforcement, physical security, wing security, and Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) programs. Incumbent is the Wing Commander's principal advisor in all law enforcement and physical security matters. Serves as the Wing AT/FP Officer. Plans, schedules, controls, and directs all unit functions. Salary Range Information:
GS-14: $135,860-$176,620 per annum
