Lleoliad gwaith: Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn
Yn sgil dyrchafiadau mewnol rydym ni’n ehangu ein tîm gwaith cymdeithasol. A gyda’n proses ymgeisio newydd mae hi rŵan yn haws i chi ymuno â ni.
Rydym wedi ymrwymo i godi safonau cefnogi plant a’u teuluoedd ac rydym eisiau i bob plentyn yng Nghonwy fod yn ddiogel a chyflawni eu llawn botensial. Gan ein bod ni wir yn gwerthfawrogi gwaith ein Gweithwyr Cymdeithasol, ein nod yw parhau i gynyddu’r adnoddau sydd ar gael iddynt a lleihau nifer yr achosion maent yn gyfrifol amdanynt, er mwyn gwella’r hyn sy’n cael ei gynnig i’n plant a’u teuluoedd.
Mae’r tîm Diogelu a Chyfreithiol yn gyfrifol am ddarparu gwasanaethau i blant sydd angen eu hamddiffyn, plant sy’n destun Gweithdrefnau Cyfraith Gyhoeddus a Phreifat, mabwysiadu a chynllunio hirdymor.
I gael rhagor o wybodaeth am y swydd a’r gofynion hanfodol, darllenwch y Swydd-ddisgrifiad sydd ynghlwm, neu cysylltwch ag Angela Longman am sgwrs ar 01492 575148 neu angela.longman@conwy.gov.uk.
Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu yn Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi ymrwymo i’w Safonau Iaith Gymraeg. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd.
Mae Conwy wedi ymrwymo i ddiogelu. Bydd cymwysterau a geirdaon yn cael eu dilysu.
