We are excited to announce the opportunity for a Legal Intern to join our Legal Team at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

In this role you will have to opportunity to work alongside our Legal team to analyse contracts, research and provide legal advice on behalf of Enterprise Mobility.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organised and able to manage a varied and sometimes demanding workload. They will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and communication skills, and not afraid to learn something new or be pushed out of their comfort zone. This is a fantastic role for a high calibre candidate looking to join an extremely driven and dynamic department.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with contract review including word processing and proofreading contracts, amendments, extensions and other legal documents
- Reviewing and editing various non-standard agreements, such as NDAs
- Assist with the preparation of tender and proposal submissions including drafting responses, coordinating with internal departments and information gathering
- Conducting legal research
- Updating template contracts and guidance notes
- Note and minute taking at meetings
- Assisting with the contract repository
- Maintaining accurate, complete and up to date files
- Maintain and update various reports and trackers such as contract database, work priority list
- Other department and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
This position is open to undergraduates who are currently studying Law at Undergraduate level.
- Fast learner and willingness to learn on the job with a pro-active “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills – MS Office (in particular Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy.
- Highly organised and thorough with the ability to cope with different demands and coordinate priorities and multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to work with confidential materials discretely and responsibly.
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
Additional Information
- Hours: 40 per week
- Salary: £20,000 per annum
- Duration: The internship will run from Summer 2025 for 12 months
- Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station)
