Main purpose of the role:
We are seeking to recruit an Associate for our Singapore office. You will join the highly successful Disputes & Investigations team and will be afforded the opportunity to work on high value and often high-profile disputes work.
We are looking for an associate with ideally between 3-6 years' PQE, Singapore-qualified in commercial disputes primarily in technology disputes and investigations. Candidates will ideally have some experience gained in a leading significant litigation and arbitration experience is expected as well as a commitment to building a long term career in dispute resolution. You will also work with other partners and associates across other offices as part of a collegiate and supportive international group.

We handle a full range of high-value, complex commercial disputes, including contentious banking and finance matters, insolvency litigation, contentious regulatory investigations, civil and criminal fraud claims and commercial arbitration.
Our professional, innovative and tenacious approach to litigation and arbitration strategy is valued by our clients who range from prominent corporates and professional services firms to financial institutions, fintech companies, and hedge funds.
The team specialises in challenging contractual, competition, boardroom and joint venture disputes and is increasingly known for its strategic and level-headed approach to parallel proceedings. We advise on disputes of significant reputational and financial value and are known for our solutions-focused advice when the stakes are high.

Excellent academics;
Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team;
Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required;
Experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high value disputes is essential for this role.
