Razilio is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst in a full-time, permanent role to work with enterprise and solution architects to provide technical cyber security guidance and optimal solution design to project teams.
In this role, you will support clients by assessing and fortifying their cybersecurity measures, helping them stay ahead of evolving threats. You will play an integral part in Razilio’s mission to deliver unrivalled expertise by employing the latest security technologies and frameworks to protect client information, assets, and infrastructure.
The role will be required to effectively translate business objectives and risk management activities into specific security initiatives enabled by security technologies and services.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years proven experience in cybersecurity analysis, risk management, or information security.
• Proficiency in using security information and event management (SIEM) tools and other cybersecurity technologies
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Perform risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability testing to identify and address potential security risks.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and alerts, implementing corrective measures as required.
• Manage cybersecurity technology needs, stakeholder relationships, and capability maturity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the cloud migration process
• Develop and maintain comprehensive security protocols and incident response plans to safeguard against threats.
• Collaborate with clients to review, assess, and enhance their cybersecurity strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Make sure that solutions are secure by design and comply with the corporate security standards and practices
• Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and resolve security incidents promptly
• Manage and track the implementation of security solutions, ensuring that all security enhancements align with industry standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with IT and development teams to embed security measures into existing systems and applications, fostering a security-first culture.
• Validate IT infrastructure and other reference architectures for security best practices and recommend changes to enhance security and reduce risk where applicable
• Support the testing and validation of security controls
• Ensure cyber security architecture enables compliance with relevant regulations and other policies
To be considered for this role you must have:
• Understanding of Active Directory, Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls, Intrusion Protection Systems, SIEM technologies, Office 365 and Azure.
• Understanding of Cyber Security Operations including developing and implementing procedures, playbooks and operational improvements.
• Understanding of Cyber Security frameworks, standards, tools, techniques and methods.
• Understanding of Policies, Standards, Procedures, Runbooks, Assessments, Reviews, Incidents and Reports.
• Understanding of Microsoft operating systems, technologies and cloud services.
• Experience in developing and implementing security risk assessment models
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write comprehensive documents outlining deployment processes and security measures
• Expertise or knowledge in Identity and Access Management, Threat Detection, Application Security, Data protection, and Infrastructure Security
