Job description – Digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in preventing and monitoring dengue and Covid-19: A comparative study of Singapore and other countries

We are seeking a motivated Research Assistant (RA) to support a multidisciplinary project that investigates prevention strategies for dengue and Covid-19 in Singapore (https://www.cnrsatcreate.cnrs.fr/space/). The research emphasizes the transformative role of digital technologies and AI in public health management.

Tasks:

• Conduct literature reviews on the use of digital technologies and AI applications in public health, focusing on dengue and Covid-19 prevention, monitoring, and control.
• Assist with data collection through interviews with stakeholders (public health officials, tech developers, researchers) and through document analysis of government reports, policies, and relevant publications.
• Support comparative analysis of prevention strategies, focusing on digital technologies (mobile apps, AI, IoT, drones) used in different countries.
• Analyze secondary health data (e.g. dengue incidence rates, app usage statistics, etc.) and integrate qualitative findings from interviews.
• Assist in preparing academic manuscripts, policy briefs, and presentations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, geography, urban studies, data science, or a related field.

1. Assist in operating snow-making equipment for creating manufactured snow from water resources to produce quality snow using
air, water, and fan equipment. Position snow guns and hoses appropriately on the mountain - adjusting, turning, or moving of snow
guns as directed. Assists in the placement of all safety, barriers, padding, and guards around snow-making equipment. Sustain the safe
and continuous operation of the lifts for extended periods of time.

2. May be required to operate a variety of vehicles, equipment, machinery and tools ranging from snow cats, electric snow-making
machines, chairlift, rope tow, pick-up truck with snowplow, snowmobiles, high pressure air/water pumps, air compressors, after
Coolers and miscellaneous power tools to facilitate the snowmaking process or recreational activities. Operate high voltage equipment
and high-pressure air and water systems utilizing appropriate safety precautions.

3. Assists with conducting routine inspection and minor maintenance checks on ski lodge vehicles, snow-making equipment, hand
tools, small gas/electric motors and machinery and any water/electric systems. Maintenance may include oil changes, battery checks,
and condition of brakes, filling tanks with gasoline, checking fluid levels, hoses, and filters, changing fan belts, and replacing lights.
Assists with the upkeep of equipment to make sure things are in good mechanical and safe operating condition. Document and report
mechanical/safety issues.

4. Maintain load and unload ramps in areas around lift stations in various weather conditions including shoveling and/or raking snow,
remove snow around snow-making equipment and other areas around the resort as needed. Ensure the goals of snow plan are being
met. Assist with regular operations and report any issues that may arise to Team Lead or Shift Supervisor. Monitor the snow-making
system on a continuous basis for water consumption and availability in relation to usable pumps, air consumption and availability, to
ensure that snowmaking is carried out at top capacity.

5. Assist skiers in loading and off-loading of the chair lift in a safe and proper manner. Ensures safety of patrons (i.e., proper clothing,
equipment, etc.) and is always alert for unsafe conditions, mechanical malfunctions and possible injury to skiers through their own
negligence. Answers a variety of questions from patrons on ski operations. Advises lift supervisor of any condition or occurrence that
may adversely affect the safety of the operation. Follows procedures as defined in the SOP for lift operations.

6. Assist with physical support to the Ski Patrol Staff in the event of severe injury to patrons or staff. Reports inappropriate behavior
or accidents to the Ski Patrol or Facility Coordinator.

7. Keep area of responsibility, to include the ski lodge, in a high state of cleanliness both inside and outside. Clears snow from
customer traffic areas. Organize the maze to provide orderly and friendly access to the lift; help to manage guests for efficient loading.
Check tickets to ensure guests are utilizing the appropriate locations of the ski resort.

8. Operate vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds to various locations both on and off base in a variety of weather conditions.
Conduct assigned tasks and will operate assigned equipment and vehicles in a safe manner.

9. Perform other duties as assigned while awaiting optimum snow-making weather.

10. The incumbent performs significant labor involved with golf course grounds maintenance. Operates heavy, complex riding lawn
mowers and similar types of specialized mowing equipment (e.g., multiple and independently controlled cutting decks, single function
components) and/or specially designed riding mowers that operate on slopes and require constant attention to working space and
environment. Operates various controls and levers to maneuver equipment and lift, lower, adjust, engage, and disengage components
or attached devices when working around: trees, greens, aprons, tees, fence lines, banks and hillsides, cart paths, sand bunkers, tee
markers and cups on greens, trenches, slopes, curbs, rocks and other visible obstacles.

11. Determines and selects the most appropriate type of equipment to accomplish each phase of the work in the most productive and
cost-effective manner. Completes all aspects of special assignments involving several steps, phases or detailed procedures (e.g.,
preparing ground, laying sod, planting flowers or shrubs and using simple drawings to establish a planting pattern and/or design). The
laborer installs forms and lays walks and paths using gravel and asphalt mixes; excavates and backfills ditches and trenches with hand

PURPOSE:

The Legal Counsel is to provide assigned business units with legal advice, to provide legal support to business activities and any strategic and operational matters and issues. This will include but not be limited to providing legal advice, legal support and contract review in respect of all contractual transactions (including but not limited to regional tenders, bids and all contract management related matters. The Legal Counsel shall be part of the Asia Pacific Legal Team and shall provide legal advice and support on any projects and tasks assigned by the General Counsel (General Manager Legal) or designated team leader / supervisor. These projects can include but shall not be limited to matters relating to: corporate secretariat, governance & compliance, disputes & litigation as well as investigation and intellectual property matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1. To provide competent and sound legal advice to the Company, the FB Group and its Affiliates in a practical, efficient and timely manner.
2. To review/draft contracts pertaining to the business including but not limited to supplier contracts, customer contracts, inter-company contracts as well as regional tenders, bids, international sales/service transactions as well contracts with a global / multi-jurisdictional perspective.
3. To negotiate with external parties (including but not limited to suppliers and customers of the Company) on legal issues and work to resolve any legal related matters arising between the Company and such external parties, suppliers or customers.
4. To provide legal advice. legal support and work with the Company’s internal customers and stakeholders (internal functions) including but not limited to the sales/marketing department and all corporate support functions.
5. To coordinate and co-operate with all related organizations including FB Asia Pacific affiliates, FB Japan, FF Japan, FUJIFILM Holdings and the overall FUJIFILM Group to work on contracts, legal matters and any other matters so assigned by the General Counsel.
6. To raise and highlight all and any material legal issues to the supervisor / reporting manager / General Counsel and/or senior management whenever necessary.
7. To provide legal support, guidance and work with the Company’s affiliates and any member of the overall FUJIFILM Group whenever so instructed, assigned and/or tasked to do so by the General Counsel.
8. To take on any projects or tasks deemed appropriate and assigned by General Counsel.
