• You will serve as the Assistant Chief of Staff, Security and Emergency Services (AC/S SES).
• You will advise in all matters pertaining to regional compliance of Instructions, and Marine Corps Orders that pertain to Security, Emergency Services, Fire, Installation Protection and Mission Assurance.
• You will have delegated command authority to organize, train and equip Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton (MCB CamPen) Provost Marshal's Office (PMO), Fire and Emergency Services aboard MCB Camp Pendleton.
• You will serve as the Director for Security and Emergency Services.
• You will organize, train, and equip MCB Camp Pendelton law enforcement, fire protection, emergency medical response, correction services, emergency communications (911) and installation protection capabilities.
• You will plan and set directorate policy and objectives, administers security operations, equipment, activities, programs, establishes timeframes, and deadlines.
• You will develop regional training plans, inspections, and certification for installation protection and assist in regional exercise design.

• You will review work in progress, completed work, and accomplishments for effectiveness of operations, thoroughness of action, and soundness of project and plans, timeliness, and policy compliance.
• You will provide the full range of supervisory duties and responsibilities.
• You will conduct studies and interpret policy statements, directives, procedures, and individual instructions issued locally or by higher authority that govern or have a bearing on the assigned areas of responsibility.
• You will direct and evaluate overall project management and coordination for the workload of the Directorate.
• You will maintain good public relations with external organizations, including local, city, county, and State law enforcement and fire and emergency management agencies

Starting at $163,706 Per Year (GS 15)

We are looking for a skilled, talented and humble CTO, who must have more than 7 years commercial proven experience in working and delivering high-scaled projects, including CRM. No agencies please and no freelancers including any graduates or someone with less than 7 years commercial experience.

Office based role. No Hybrid role. No interview done on video. This role is Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. We expect as a CTO to manage your time effectively and also there is level of expectations to do further hours, based on business and client needs.

Must have experience on the following:

You must have TALL and MERN stack experience of at least 7 years commercial.
Strong hands-on knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, ES6+.
The ability to work on your own to code - must have strong coding experience.
Optimizing code for performance.
Comment code and produce documentation to industry standards as needed.
Produce code to the highest standards while adhering to industry accepted architecture and design pattern techniques and methodologies (e.g., MVC, SOA, OOP, DI etc.)
Hands on experience on REST APIs, GraphQL and WebSocket.
Required skills and qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
7+ years of experience as a senior developer with extensive experience in complex and large scale projects.
Deep understanding of technology trends, best practices and the Indian market's technology landscape.
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
Preferred skills and qualifications

A master’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS and/or CISSP.
Ability to think tactically and translate business objectives into technology initiatives.
Proficient in risk mitigation and data security of digital assets.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the Indian market.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for software development/delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
Proven ability to navigate complex technology landscapes and align technology initiatives with business objectives.

The Purpose:

• Robust and proven experience leading and growing security functions in innovative, leading edge and fast paced environments.
• 10+ years’ experience in risk management and information security in a technical environment

• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
• Experience with Cloud computing.
• Experience creating, testing and maintaining business continuity management and disaster recovery plans.
• Effective interpretation of security-related data allows CISOs to detect potential security threats.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools and concepts, such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, risk identifying tools and SIEM systems
• Strong understanding of information security, risk, privacy, and regulatory compliance
• Extensive knowledge of risk management techniques.
• Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).

We're looking for a remote/hybrid Director of Enterprise Security Operations to lead our Enterprise Security Operations function within the enterprise IT department's Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization.

In partnership with the internal security organization and other teams across enterprise IT, this role ensures that the business is taking the right steps to proactively stay ahead of the dynamic threat landscape by identifying areas of need and driving relevant cultural, procedural, and technical transformation across the entire business landscape. This role works at the strategic business level to proactively identify, plan, coordinate, and lead transformation of this space with a focus on risk containment, mitigation, and creating a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Translate company policy into relevant operational practices, services, and programs that proactively ensure the compliance and protection of enterprise technology and data assets

• Acts as compliance champion to ensure that regulatory compliance requirements are met across the enterprise landscape

• Operate and automate a portfolio of security services and tooling (WAF, DAM, ATP, PKI lifecycle management services, etc.) that strengthens security posture and enables the enterprise to easily stay secure and compliant

• Proactively identify and lead structured programs to ensure vulnerabilities are actively identified and mitigated via scalable approaches with appropriate reporting and governance

• Identify areas of opportunity and drive change within the enterprise technology and security tooling portfolio that ultimately removes risk from the enterprise landscape or makes staying secure/compliant easier

• Partner with and influence the enterprise security organization to identify and drive improvements across the enterprise security policy, tooling, and process landscape

• Partners with key stakeholders in Autodesk IT and Security and Compliance organizations to plan and execute shared roadmaps, strategies, and programs

• Lead a global team of highly qualified security professionals

• Oversee budget for related tools and services

• Partner with incident response team during active threat scenarios to coordinate, enable, and accelerate necessary activities across enterprise IT landscape, both on-premises and in public cloud

• Proactively identify potential risk scenarios and actively manage their resolution

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field, leading a team of security professionals with global scope

• 10+ years experience identifying, implementing, and operating information security related tooling

• A capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally

• The ability to identify and critically analyze problems and dysfunctions to determine root causes and drive transformational change across a complex enterprise landscape

• A history of inspiring, growing, and retaining a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning

• Experience implementing new processes and governance programs

• Experience responding to active threats in a global and enterprise landscape

• Experience managing budget and financials

• Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)

• Experience in both on-premises and cloud-based security domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $186,300 and $301,400. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
