The Office of Acquisition Information Technology Services provides transformational system development, incremental system development, operational and management services for FAS business applications. The organization advises FAS leadership and program areas on IT tools that support and enhance FAS’s business operations. IDQ is organizationally aligned to the FAS business areas to most effectively deliver the IT services, systems, and functions they need. Additionally, they provide cloud integration technology functions as a shared service for all of GSA IT.

As an Information Technology Project Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Serve as a Cloud Engineer for high velocity information technology (IT) projects, leading and implementing specific IT projects and defining and structuring cloud modernization projects for new and current initiatives within GSA IT.
• Design and implement highly automated, secure cloud environments to host and modernize business critical applications, including recommending tools, technologies and approaches based on analysis of cost, schedule, risk, and business value; and providing technical oversight to contractor teams support GSA IT cloud and application development efforts.

• Provides strategic leadership in developing and executing national strategies that optimize the utilization, performance, and value of GSA’s real property portfolio. This includes making informed investment, operational, and divestment decisions to enhance portfolio efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for the strategic planning of and investment in GSA’s portfolio of owned and leased assets. Develops policies, processes and procedures to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements that apply across the entire PBS inventory. Ensures that policies, processes and procedures are successfully implemented and administered by national and regional staff. Ensures funding needs identified in capital programs are appropriately documented and supported for the successful defense of capital programs.

The role

The Legal Manager supports the Senior Manager, Legal to manage the University legal projects, manage contracts, oversee knowledge management function and custody of the University’s corporate documents and seal, and provide legal advisory services as required to ensure the compliance with external legislative requirements, to manage the policy & compliance and to support the effective operation of the university's primary activities and management processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Contracts

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on the preparation of all contracts, and other legal agreements (such as NDAs)
• Work with internal stakeholders to increase awareness and skills in relation to contract management and legal risk, partnering with key individuals within the organisation to identify potential legal issues as they arise.
• Support the continued improvement of standard form agreements, contract management and legal processes and implement improved systems and procedures where required.

2. Project management: to manage all legal projects of the University (e.g. University operation under the Law on Higher Education, licensing matters of the University, litigation cases, application of e-signature, process for receiving/granting sponsorship/donation of the University, retention policy) specifically:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the satisfactory execution of projects;

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Support in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;
• Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Monitor project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

3. Knowledge management (KM): to oversee knowledge management function within the legal & compliance services which ensures that knowledge is maintained, shared and accessible to team members when necessary:

• Design and implement effective knowledge management process;
• Maintain comprehensive database of all internal and external legal and compliance advice;
• Coordinate and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions of legal & compliance services/internal trainings of legal & compliance for University stakeholders by identifying topics, engaging the internal/external resources, and maintaining documentation;

4. Legal advisory: to provide legal advisory services to University stakeholders:

• Research and give advice regarding business decisions and operations;

• Communicate and liaise with external parties (regulators, public authority. etc.);
• Handle translation of legal documents.

5. University Secretary: to develop process and manage all University’s key corporate documents, records and the seal and provide support to stakeholders as required.

6. Policy & Compliance

• Contribute to the management, development, implementation and maintenance of policy strategy and an effective policy and delegations framework to support the University’s strategic plan.
• Support the manager with continuous improvement activity and major policy and governance projects and activities, including the analyses and reviews of policy documents, and facilitating the development of new policy.
• Coordinate the delivery of policy communication initiatives, training and awareness programs and guidance to foster good practices and to support a robust policy and governance framework.
• Manage the University’s policy governance framework policy repository and end user web presence.
• Assist with the management and review of the University-wide policy repository, ensuring currency and accuracy of content.
• Liaise with policy authors to ensure policy content is timely, relevant, accurate and current and is compliant with the policy governance framework.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of best practice in creating and maintaining policy content and communicate policy development and changes to key stakeholders.

7. University reporting:

• Coordinate with internal team for data provided.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of database information and formatting.
• Ensure compliance with local laws.
• Ensure continuity and timely reporting on an ongoing basis.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate decision maker

• L.L.B. from a law school in Vietnam;

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $81,300 and $140,250. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Technology & IT project Manager (f/m) to join our Legal & Compliance Department based in Blagnac, France.

You will be part of the Legal & Compliance Operations (L&Co) team which is in charge of supporting the various Legal & Compliance teams (e.g. litigation, corporate affairs, compliance, export control, IP) performing their activities. L&Co provides support in areas such as Technology and Tools, Vendors’ management (e.g. law firms, consultants), Communications, Data Governance, Directives & Methods, etc. As part of the L&Co team, you will be leading the Technology and IT activities.

Your challenges:

• You will be leading the Technology and IT activities of the L&C function (including defining/updating and implementing every year the function’s technology and IT roadmap).

• You will supervise IT initiatives raised by the function (e.g. new tool request), ensure alignment with L&C technology and IT roadmap and with various Airbus processes (IT, Security, Procurement, Finance), ensure that the timeline of the projects is complied with (as much as possible) and that costs are managed (cost split, no cost overrun, etc.).

• You will prepare and monitor the function IT budget and OP together with the IT function.

• You will be the focal point for any IT group wide initiative impacting the function (e.g. Google Workspace deployment, Business Owned Tools management, Crisis management for the function tools).

• You will align with IT to perform existing tools updates/upgrades when required.

• You will act as Business owner of TeamConnect (ebilling and matter management solution dedicated to law firms) and Airbus Investigation Platform (in-sourced data collection and review platform), i.e.

  • Tools related budget, invoicing, contracts are managed in due time

  • Key issues escalated

  • Manage both tools evolution and

  • ensure that both tools documentation is up to date.

• You will manage the functional administrator of L&C tools and technology based in Airbus Portugal. This team member, to be hired in Q3 2023, will perform support of TeamConnect, TAP (ticketing system for legal requests) and Trustarc (privacy management system).

• More generally, you would also be able to support the HO L&Co in initiating, running and delivering function level (L&C) projects improving the team members’ working experience (ways of working, organization, communication)

Position Summary
 

The Manager Information Security is responsible for the effective and dynamic management of the Information Security infrastructure, risk, compliance team and ongoing operations. This role works collaboratively within IT and across the organization to ensure security and compliance while adapting to business and industry changes. The Manager Information Security also leads efforts to support the Martin’s Point business resiliency program including business continuity, incident response and disaster recovery plans and assists in the Security teams strategic planning, management, and execution to achieve its goals.

• Leads, mentors, and coaches the Information Security team in achieving goals and ensuring the department has the technical skills, tools, and resources to meet current and future business needs.
• Maintains knowledge of latest security and privacy legislation, regulations, advisories, alerts, and vulnerabilities pertaining to Martin’s Point vision, mission, and operations.
• Collaborates with Martin’s Point leadership and Compliance team, internal IT business partners, data custodians and government groups to develop company-wide information security polices and guidelines that align with external regulations and industry best practices.
• Initiates and supports continuous improvement efforts within the team to maximize and enhance individual and team performance.
• Responsible for MPHC Business Resiliency Management strategy development and recovery planning with guidance from the Senior Director Chief Information Security Officer, and the IT Leadership Team.
• Ensures efficient implementations of Incident Reporting and Response Systems to address MPHC security incidents and/or breaches, respond to alleged policy violations, and/or complaints from external parties.
• Coordinates the development and delivery of an education and training program on information security and privacy matters for employees and other authorized users. 
• Partners with the Senior Director Chief Information Security Officer on reports to external agencies to meet or exceed all compliance requirements 
• Active participation on the Information Technology Leadership Team to achieve department and organizational goals in alignment with Martin’s Point values and strategy.
• Manage information security vendors, consultants and outside contacts to ensure strong partnership, service, and performance.
• Provides input to the budget process to support Martin’s Point strategic goals within industry benchmarks.
• Serves as back up to the Senior Director Chief Information Security Officer as the official corporate contact point for information security.

Education/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, CS, Business Administration, or similar program, or combination of relevant education and experience.  Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years applicable practice, management and/or leadership in information security and/or information technology with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Budgeting and contract negotiation experience required.
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or NIST is highly desirable.

Required License(s) and/or Certification(s):

• Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and/or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is highly desired.
