• Develops, coordinates and leverages internal and external relationships between the client and GSA to achieve agencies’ business objectives. • Responds to customer inquiries and assists in the resolution of transactional and/or systemic customer issues/problems (service delivery, project delivery GSA business practices, etc). Maintains control/ credibility/ visibility/leadership on issues.
• Proactively builds positive relationships across the Region business lines, with National Office, and in the client agency to develop a network to support customer service issue resolution, leveraging these relationships to participate in resolving difficult and/or longstanding issues as well as generate and execute account planning activities. Coordinates communications in collaboration with national and regional business lines/subject  matter experts to ensure alignment of internal/external stakeholder expectations.

• Recognizing and recommending correction of improper use or application of equipment, providing guidance to subordinates, and answering routine questions presented by subordinates.
• Managing and supporting the collections of various performance metrics in an effort to identify areas in need of process improvement and systemic or individual weaknesses, vulnerabilities, or inefficiencies in the screening process.
• Coordinating national and local crisis management and incident response protocols.
• Recognizing and understanding the customer service needs of the traveling public and balances these needs with safety and security in mind.
• Working cooperatively with airport stakeholders in furtherance of the TSA mission.
• Monitoring individual performance and providing frequent communication in order to promote screener development.

Job Description Summary:

The Sr. Industrial Security Manager (“ISM”) will interface with Aerospace and Defense customers and the government regarding security requirements. Must be a U.S. Citizen. The ISM will provide guidance, training, and support to employees, keeping personnel up to date on changes and new security requirements. The ISM interprets, implements, and maintains an effective security program consistent with applicable government policies and provides supplemental guidance to the business and its leaders.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Maintain policies and procedures for compliance with 32 CFR National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) and DoD security requirements.
• Support conducting annual inspections and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) security assessments.
• Support processing employee security clearances.
• Provide administrative support to include Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (eQIP) administration.
• Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel.
• Support sales and legal team to review the details and requirements issued in form DD254 contracts.
• Monitor Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and maintain policies and procedures for disseminating CUI.  
• Laisse with various departments (Operations, Sales, Legal, Information Security, Global Trade) to ensure compliance with applicable government policies, communicate new or modified requirements, and provide mandatory and supplemental training to applicable personnel.
• Laisse with Global Trade team to facilitate export compliance and training.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active security clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.

The annual salary range for California is $126,000 to $234,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. THE JOB

The Masonic is seeking a Venue Security Manager. The Security Manager is responsible for the overall management of the security department to ensure guest, employee, artist and venue safety. Also, control's cost and ensures total guest satisfaction by guarding, patrolling, monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the Security department as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Moves throughout the venue and all areas to visually monitor and take corrective action when needed.
• Provides guidance and improvement and implements necessary adjustments.
• Investigates and resolves security complaints. Interacts positively with guests.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines security staff for the efficient operation of the security department.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include setting up chairs for seated events, collecting chairs from auditorium floor.
• Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments.
• Regularly reviews and evaluates the department and recommends and implements new operational policies and procedures when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Venue Management.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
