Your new company
A London based Law firm has experienced a strong period of growth and success over the last couple of years, and are now looking to expand their teams. This new, permanent position will be joining a tightknit team of Revenue Controllers, moving later this year to a newly furbished, modern office. The growing firm currently boasts 65 partners, and over 400 members of staff, operating on a flexible hybrid policy requiring only two days a week in the office, with the other three working from home.
Your new role
In your new position, you will responsible for overseeing three main areas of Revenue Control; Credit Control, Billings, and WIP Management, reporting into the Financial Controller. Your position will include regularly reviewing, streamlining, and implementing new processes and systems, including the firms upcoming system replacement project.
What you\'ll need to succeed
A strong candidate will demonstrate an understanding of, and experience with, Revenue Control in the legal sector, strong people skills to build relationships both internally and externally, strong excel skills (V-Lookups/Pivot Tables) and demonstrate self-motivation, with a conscious effort to drive improvement.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £65,000 + benefits, with an extensive package under regular review to remain competitive. You\'ll be joining a tight-knit team with a very flexible hybrid policy requiring only two days a week in the office.
