This position will serve as a Senior Police Officer at the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend VA Medical Center in McAllen, Texas (McAllen VA Clinic). The Police Officer will perform a full range of police duties by following and executing rules, regulations, or procedures covering law and rules enforcement, physical and personal security operations, patrol duties, control desk duty, coordination with local courts, and/or crime prevention activities for the local jurisdiction.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Protects the civil rights of all individuals on VA controlled property;
• Prevents, detect and investigate crimes;
• Patrols assigned areas on foot or by motor vehicle;
• Subdues persons causing disturbance or who threaten harm to themselves or others;
• Follows rules/procedures concerning search and seizure of evidence and contraband;
• Takes charge of significant and catastrophic events;
• Conducts investigations, apprehensions, and detention;
• Obtains search and arrest warrants;
• Arrests violators;
• Uses independent judgment in cases where policy is not clear;
• Provides basic first aid and CPR prior to arrival of emergency medical personnel;
• Prepares report of activities and events that occurred during shift;
• Performs traffic control; and
• Assists citizens in emergency situations;
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for an accomplished, high-performing Cyber Threat Intel Analyst for our Cyber Threat Intel team with experience gathering cyber intel from multiple sources and aggregating that data to produce usable and actionable Cyber Threat Intelligence.  The Analyst is responsible for ensuring we are monitoring and analyzing threat past, present and future relevant to protecting Blackbaud.  This role requires a deep understanding of intel sources and the ability to aggregating and translate into actionable information.

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for study, design, specification and services of transportation systems (road & rail), infrastructure, drainage, hydrology/hydraulics, site development (cut/fill), rough grading, finish grading, geotechnical design, and other civil engineering works.
• Under broad direction, interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments.
• Applies advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes for an assigned area of responsibility such as a function or product.
• Job role contributes directly to value creation.
• Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a minimum of 10 years related experience, with average experience of 15+ years
• Individual shall have a minimum of 10+ years experience in a downstream plant environment
